Processing & Shipping

• Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before shipping.
  
  
• We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are shipped within 2 working days (excluding holidays).

Shipping Options

Note: Shipping costs may vary for bulk/large orders.

• Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
  
  
• Within 2 working days after shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code.

Return/Exchange Window

• You may return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt.
  
  
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (including the Eastenderz packaging).

How to Return/Exchange

1. Register your return/exchange via shop@eastenderz.com
   
   
2. Pack the unworn items securely in the original Eastenderz (or another sturdy shipping box). Include your name and order number.
   
   
3. Send the package to:

1. Once received, you will get an email confirmation within 2 working days (excluding holidays).
   
   
   • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
     
     
   • Exchange shipping costs are covered by us.
     
     
2. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after inspection, to the same payment method used.

Important Notes

• Returns are only accepted if items are in their original condition and packaging.
  
  
• Worn or damaged items will be refused and returned at your expense.
  
  
• For international returns, import duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  
  

REFUNDS

• You will be notified by email within 2 working days of us receiving your return.
  
  
• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
  
  

Refunds are issued to the same account used for payment.
